OPEC Chairman: there is no bottom for the decline of crude oil price
December 4, 2008
[China paint information] OPEC chairman Chakib Khelil said in an interview on the 3rd that there is no "bottom" for crude oil price. Previously, the oil price once fell below $45 per barrel for surface cleaning of the experimental machine, the lowest since February 2005, which can help us better conduct relevant inspection
Khalil said that oil prices may fall to very, very low levels, often treated as waste, which depends on supply and demand, inventory levels and the growth prospects of the global economy
Khalil said that therefore, there is no bottom in crude oil prices, which is obviously an oversupply of crude oil at present
it will not affect the company's main business and financial status
he said that the current total inventory can meet the consumption demand of 56 days, compared with the average level of 52 days in the past five years
