1 Fast printing speed

2. More suitable for standardization

And label products usually need a lot of spot colors, which are quite sensitive to color difference. The rotary embossing machine adjusts the printing color difference by controlling the ink flow and printing pressure in the ink bucket, and it is very unstable in the printing process, and often needs to rely on the experience of operators to adjust it immediately. Flexographic printing machine adjusts the ink amount by changing the corrugated roller. Once the appropriate corrugated roller is selected, the color difference changes little in the printing process, which can reduce the basis for the operator's experience to a certain extent.
